IP is not showing in other form's attachd PDFs

Porque alguns formulários não registram o IP de envio, conforme print anexo, trazem apenas uma informação aleatória, outros envios registram normal, precisaria se possivel um relatório de todos os envios do formulario abaixo para análise.

Now, coming back to your question, if I understand correctly, do you want to always include the Submission IP in the PDF? If so, you would just have to add the Submission IP in the PDF Editor and attach the PDF to the Notification email. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In PDF Editor, add the Submission IP element.

2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

3. On the left panel click on Emails.

4. Hover over the Notification Email and click on the pencil icon.

5. Under the Advanced tab, toggle On the Attach PDF and select the PDF where you added the Submission IP.

6. Click on Save at the bottom of the page when you're done.

And that's it. Do the same to the rest of your forms and you'll receive the notification emails with the Submission IP on the attached PDF.

A Questao nao é inserir, isso eu sei como fazer, a questão é que nao esta aparecendo corretamente o endereço de IP em alguns formulários enviados, conforme anexo.

Thanks for getting back to us. Both of the screenshots you shared are IP addresses. In the first screenshot, the user is using IPv4 and in the second screenshot, the user is using IPv6. You can check this blog about IPv4 and IPv6 to know more about it.
