Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirm that the cancellation has been initiated on your end and is scheduled to downgrade on April 28, 2025. Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Please click on this link to fill out the Refund Request Form. Once received, your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an email update from our team. If the refund has been processed, your plan will downgrade to Starter Plan. Please note that a refund takes about 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's refund policy.

Forms and submissions that have already been made will stay in your account even if your subscription has been lowered. But old form submissions will be automatically erased to make place for new ones when you receive them, and you have already reached the available limit due to the downgrade. This is due to the fact that the Starter Plan has various limits, such as 100 monthly submissions and 100 MB of upload capacity. I advise downloading and storing the submission files that have already been made.
