    Boa tarde.

    Obrigado!!!

    Hi welenson,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, we can create two date picker elements where the first date picker element will display the date today, and the second date picker element will display the date 5 days from today. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Build tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the Basic Elements tab, drag two Date Picker elements to your form. Campo Data Image 1 Screenshot 50
    3. In your first Date Picker element, click on the gear icon to open the Date Picker Properties.
    4. In the Date Picker Properties window, go to the Limits tab.
    5. In the Limits tab, look for the Start Date field and add the value today. Campo Data Image 2 Screenshot 61
    6. In your second Date Picker element, click on the gear icon to open the Date Picker Properties.
    7. In the Date Picker Properties window, go to the Limits tab.
    8. In the Limits tab, look for the Start Date field and add the value today+5. Campo Data Image 3 Screenshot 72

    Here's the sample output:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Eu não consigo fazer com que o segundo campo seja preenchido automaticamente?

    Hi welenson,

Thanks for getting back to us. We can autopopulate the value from the second date picker within 5 days of the value from the first date picker. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Conditions tab on the left side of the page.
    3. In the Conditions tab, click on the + Add Condition button.
    4. Select the UPDATE/Calculate field option.
    5. Set the formula and click on the Save button.Campo Data Image 1 Screenshot 40 Campo Data Image 2 Screenshot 51
