    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that your account got suspended because our system flagged your forms as Phishing forms, and you are using a copyrighted logo on your forms.

    With your permission, we can delete the forms to reactivate your account. Keep in mind that deleting the form would also mean deleting the associated data.

    But, if you are a legitimate company that owns the logo, please send us the following details:

    • The URL where your form/s is/are used.
    • Provide any document that will support your claims.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to any banking institution.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread # 15072041 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to the customer about the status of their account.
