Account Suspended: offering fake job offer/service

Estava fazendo uso da plataforma para alguns testes de pesquisas que estamos desenvolvendo para ter a certeza que o JOTFORM vai entregar o que nos precisamos. Após este teste iriamos fazer uma assinatura da plataforma. porem nossa conta foi suspensa no meio destes testes de desenvolvimento das nossas pesquisas.

Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulário de Folha de Dados do Funcionário that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
