Autoresponder: Adjust row spacing of fields

Now, coming back to your question, If I understand your concern correctly, you would like to adjust the height of the table rows in your Email Notification. If yes, then I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. Due to the complexity of the source code, we cannot easily update the code of the email configuration. But there is an easy fix for this, we just need to delete the existing Autoresponder and add a new one. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. 
2. Click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Trash Icon on the right side of your Autoresponder and confirm the deletion.

Next, we need a new Autoresponder to reset the format:

1. In the same Emails tab, click the Add Email button and select the Autoresponder Email.
2. Go to the Email tab and check the Email Content.

Now, to remove the fields that you don't want to be displayed in the Email notification:

1. Highlight the row, and click on the Delete row icon in the pop-up that shows below the row. You can repeat the same steps for other unwanted fields.
2. Hit on Save to update changes in your Autoresponder.
