Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I understand you want to cancel your subscription and get a refund. You can request your refund here. You will also receive an email with the details of the request and a tracking ID number. Now, let me show you how to cancel your account:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Select Downgrade under the Starter (Free) Plan.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I have successfully canceled your subscription and processed a refund for the last amount you paid. It will be posted on your account in 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's refund policy.
