Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have moved the form and data to the account associated with the email address nilceiaterapiaintegrativa@gmail.com. Please also note that if there are any custom URLs set up on your form, the custom URL will update automatically with the new owner's username. You will then need to update your respondents about the changes in the custom URL.
