Submission data fields in Inbox are rearranged.

Criei um formulário há algum tempo. É o formulário "Flor do Arouche". Depois de meses, mudei as perguntas, duplicando algumas e retirando outras. Após essa modificação, as respostas das perguntas duplicada vem ao final, em baixo, fora de ordem. Como faço para mudar a ordem das respostas?

Now, coming back to your question, I believe you're referring to this form. Keep in mind that when forms fields are removed from the form, the answers on the submissions made before the form fields deletion will also be deleted. You can view your Jotform Tables History, and check if the versions that you want to restore are there. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the green link at the top part of the screen, right below the form title.
2. The Revision History pane opens on the right side of the page. From there, you can revise the submission data to the desired version.

If this doesn't fix the issue, can you tell us more about what's happening? Can you send us some screenshots as well? This guide will show you how to do that.

Contudo, eu creio que você não entendeu minha dúvida. Em minha pergunta, eu não estava me referindo a ordem da várias respostas recebidas dos formulário. Eu me refiro à ordem de resposta dentro do próprio formulário. Essas que estão bagunçadas.

Exemplo: no formulário em questão a pergunta "CPF ou Passaporte" sempre está após otra pergunta "Nome Completo". Contudo, quando recebo o formulário preenchido, as respostas das perguntas "CPF ou Passaporte" sempre vêm no final do formulário, todas juntas (e, não, após a pergunta "Nome completo"). O mesmo acontece com a pergunta "celular". Na resposta recebida, ele vem ao final, fora de ordem.

Thanks for getting back to us, and for your explanation. I understand things much better now. I cloned your form to test it, and I was able to replicate the with the submission data in the form's Inbox, which is shown in the screencast below:

To fix this, you can manually rearrange the order of the fields in the Inbox Settings. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on Inbox on the right side of the page.
2. In Inbox, click on the three vertical dots on the main tab, and select Inbox Settings.
3. Go to the Fields tab, and arrange the fields by dragging them one-by-one to the desired position.
