    Boa noite , fui efetuar uma compra e não conseguir copiar o código de pagamento , agora fica essa mensagem e não consigo fazer a comprar.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, did you purchase something from a form created at Jotform? We are an online form builder, and we just supply the form where people can create their forms. We're unable to track all forms created by our users. However, if you've received any confirmation or an autoresponder email, I would suggest replying to that email directly as it is connected to the form owner's email address.

    If this is not what you're referring to, can you please explain more about your question? You can also send us the screenshot of the error message you get so we can check it. This guide will show you how to do that.
