Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to add photos of your products. I noticed that you added a number element to display your products. You can add an image element for each product and upload the corresponding photo. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Image element and drag it to add it to the form.
3. Click on the gear icon and then in the General tab, click on the Choose a file button.
4. Click on the Upload File button, and select the file to upload.
