Sorry, it looks like I've misunderstood what you're trying to do. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

With that being said, if you would like the form filler to get a copy of their form submission, you need to setup an Autoresponder email. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Now, if you want them to be able to edit their submissions, you will need to include an edit link to the Autoresponder email. Let me show you how to do it:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
• Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
• After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can add the teacher as a Collaborator in your forms, so they can access the Tables to view the Submissions and edit the form. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and Share this link with your colleague.
