How to Create a Report that Shows the Correct Answers in the Form?

Eu criei um formulário e precisava de um tipo especifico de relatório sobre esse formulário.
Precisava de um relatório que me desse a quantidade de respostas afirmativas de cada uma das respostas. Por exemplo: Das 11 questões que tenho, quantas respondi afirmativamente.

Now, coming back to your question, It is not possible to review your existing submissions and automatically get the correct answers from them. You can quickly check the correct answers by converting your form into a Quiz form or adding calculation values to your questions and a Form Calculation widget to get the total number of correct answers.
