    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, let me walk you through the steps on how to cancel your existing Bronze subscription., Your subscription will be automatically renewed on May 18, 2024, so you will need to cancel it before the May 18th. Here are steps:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
