Upload Limit almost reached.

    Bom dia,

    Acabei de excluir todos as respostas do meu único formulário (inclusive da lixeira), mas o limite de upload da minha conta continua em 90% de uso. Há algum delay?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the account you have used to create this ticket? If so, I've checked your account and your upload limit is 0.00 B / 100.00 MB. You can clear your form cache to see if there will be changes by following these steps:

    1. In My Form page, hover on your avatar.
    2. Click Settings to go to the Account Settings page.
    3. Scroll down to the Form Caches section.
    4. Click the Clear Cache button.
