    Hi Claudineia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, the emails sent by Jotform may be blocked or rejected by your email address. So to prevent your email from flagging Jotform and marking it as spam, you can do the following:

    • Adding the email address noreply@jotform.com, noreply@jotmail.com, and noreply@formresponse.com to your email account's address book or contacts. This helps your mail system recognize the email address and prevent the rejection of email alerts sent to your address.
    • Ask your email service provider to whitelist the IP addresses that Jotform uses for sending email alerts. You can find Jotform's IP addresses and domains to whitelist from this guide here.
    • Using your email address as the sender address for your email alerts through SMTP. Using your email address as sender via SMTP makes your mail server recognize your email domain so it is less likely that your mail server would block your emails. We have a guide here that explains how you can do that.

As for the emails that were not sent, you can send them manually by setting up a Send Email Button in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the dropdown arrow next to the column header of the Send Email Button you added.
    2. In the dropdown menu, select the Edit action button.
    3. In the Send Email window, hover your mouse over the Notification Email you only want to send manually and click on the Edit button on the right.
    4. On the next page, go to the Advanced tab and uncheck Send when a submission is received and Send when a submission is edited options.
    5. Click on Save, then Apply Changes, and you're done.

    Hi Claudineia,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you, but the only way to send form submission emails manually is to use the Send Emails Button feature of the Jotform Tables which can only be done through your account. You can follow the steps I provided to set it up for your form on the Jotform Tables.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
