Now, let me help you with your question. Currently, our sign documents don't support widgets in it. But forms on our platform support widgets, and we do have a Take Photo - Form Widgets that allow users to take pictures while filling out the form.

To let you know, it is possible to convert normal forms into Jotform Sign Document by enabling Jotform Sign Automation in it.

So I'd suggest you to create a normal form, add take photo widget to take a photo, and add a signature widget to take a valid signature from the user. Then convert your form into a Signable document by enabling Jotform Sign Automation.
