    Ja parei de receber respostas, mas ainda gostaria de explorar as ferramentas para elaboração de relatórios.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, let me help you with your question. When you downgrade your Jotform account, rest assured that your forms will not be deleted. But, the features and limits available to you will adjust according to the new plan you've selected. For example, under the Starter (free) plan, you are limited to having 5 active forms. Should you have more than 5 forms, the excess forms will be disabled until you either upgrade your plan or reduce the number of active forms to meet this limit.

    Also, If you cancel your subscription, I suggest that you download your submissions to avoid losing any data.
