Porém, seria uma planilha minha, não quero cria-la a partir do Jotform.

Então no caso, seria um arquivo, para que a pessoa solicitante possa ter acesso e baixe em seu próprio computador.

Gostaria que ficasse abaixo desse PDF

Now, coming back to your question, yes, this is possible. All you need to do is upload your spreadsheet to any storage platform like Google Drive, and then get the link to that uploaded file and paste it into your PDF. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder text in the upper left corner of the page beside Jotform.
2. Then, select PDF Editor.
3. Once you are on the PDF Editor, add a Text element to the PDF, and enter the public link from Google Drive or any other storage platform where you uploaded your file.

You can also upload your file in the Approve Email notification. Let me show you how:

1. On your Approval Flow page, click on the Email element, and click on the Gear icon.
2. Then, click on the Upload File, and upload your spreadsheet.
3. Finally, click on Save.
