Submit button is not visible on the form

    Eu enviei o link do questionário, mas quem recebe não identifica um botão para enviar as respostas? Como o entrevistado submete suas respostas?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question: I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything is working as expected. The submit button is visible, and I was able to submit the form. Check out my screencast below for the result:

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If a specific form submitter is having this issue, can you ask them to send you a screenshot showing that the submit button is not visible on their end? After that, you can share the screenshot in this thread. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
