Busca por informações em uma tabela

Boa tarde, tudo bem?

Preciso de ajuda para fazer o seguinte:

Meus clientes possuem um código do cliente, vamos supor que seja 001.

O primeiro campo do formulário será a solicitação desse código.

A partir desse preenchimento, aparecerá os equipamentos cadastrados em uma planilha referentes a esse código, ex da planilha:

""código do cliente"" ""equipamentos""

001 hyster

yale

Ou seja, ao preencher 001 no campo do formulário código do cliente, aparecerão, em outra pergunta, o seguinte campo de seleção:

• hyster
• yale

Para que o usuário selecione um deles.

Quero adicionar no menu dinâmico, por exemplo, respostas de um outro formulário.

Mas as respostas são apenas referentes ao mesmo código de cliente

Now, coming back to your question, it looks like what you're looking to is achievable using the Spreadsheet to Form widget. This widget allows you to populate your form fields from an external Excel Sheet. Let me walk you through setting up the Spreadsheet for Form widget on your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. Go to the Widgets tab.
3. Search and select the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
4. Click on the Upload File canvass in the widget’s settings panel.
5. Upload the spreadsheet file.
6. Select the Access Code Column from a dropdown. It will also ask you to choose the Sheet Name if you have multiple sheets in the spreadsheet file.
7. Set up the other options, and click on the Update Widget button at the bottom once done.

Tem alguma forma de aparecer um menu dinâmico das opções de uma planilha?

Por exemplo, a pessoa digita o nome dela e aparecem todas os equipamentos que ela possui e permite que ela selecione algum deles.

Unfortunately, the Spreadsheet to Form widget has a limitation in terms of displaying the values of a specific row. It will solely rely on the access code you provided and it cannot provide multiple rows all at once. We actually have a Data Grid widget that can show a table-like structure for the values. However, these values are manually added to the table but you can search through it using the search option. See the image attached:

You can check this widget if this will help achieve your requirements.
