Houve uma falha inesperada

    Bom dia!

    Um funcionário está tentando realizar assinatura do documento em docusign é no momento de finalizar apresenta essa mensagem de erro.

    Feito reinstalação do DocuSign PKI sem sucesso, limpeza do navegador, o token está valido, mas mesmo assim está apresentando esse mensagem, alguém poderia me ajudar nesse caso?

    Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that Jotform and DocuSign are two different platforms. If you are having trouble with your DocuSign Document, you will need to reach out to the DocuSign Support Team. But, if you are having trouble with a Jotform form, please provide us with the link to the Jotform form that you are having trouble with, so we can check on it.
