What is the difference between the form and the application?

Tenho duas dúvidas a primeira, eu queria saber qual é a diferença entre formulário e aplicativo. E a segunda, eu gostaria de saber se é possível fazer uma espécie de sistema de cadastro online, com os campos pré definidos, onde somente uma pessoa alimenta o sistema, podendo acrescentar novas informações, alterar ou excluir informações já cadastradas.

Jotform Form is a platform for data collection, whereas the Jotform Apps is a web app where you can add your forms in one place, and it has the option to be added to the user's home screen. If you will be using Jotform as your online store, you can use the Store Builder via Jotform Apps however, it has limitations in terms of features. You can also use the Classic Form to sell your products using the Product List element.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Prefilling your form using another form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Form Prefill.
3. Select the form that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
4. Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.

This enables you to retrieve pre-existing data from your forms, tables, or external third-party providers. The prefill option that I can recommend is the Manual Prefill. You can prepopulate the form fields with data ahead and then send the prefilled URL to the form fillers to sign the form.
