Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, please let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form: 222783677311662? If yes, I made a test submission to your form. But everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, please let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. 

    If that’s not exactly the form you are having issue with. Can you share the link to your form, So I can check it out and see what’s going on.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please explain a bit more in detail the error or the issue you are facing when submitting the form so, we can understand the issue better and help you? When I cloned and tested your form Documentos Admissão I could not replicate an issue. I was able to submit the form. Here is a result:
