Account Settings: How can I entirely remove credit card information from Jotform account?

Efetuamos um pagamento através de cartão de crédito para um upgrade de um ano do software na modalidade silver, no entanto os dados do cartão de crédito institucional ficaram registados .

Seria possivel esclarecer como podemos excluir os dados do cartão.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, you can't completely remove the credit card information associated with the Jotform account. Please note, Jotform doesn't actually store credit card information, instead we directly send information to a payment processor for the payment which handle payment and all such stuff. Removing credit card information entirely will cancel your subscription as well. If you want, you can change payment method or credit card associated with Jotform account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

3. Next, go to the Billing tab.

4. Click on Change Credit Card.

5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.

6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
