Request for Pix Payment Integration

Boa tarde, preciso usar as opções do mercado pago em meu formulário e outras de recebimento, a usar essas opções será cobrado alguma taxa adicional ou do criador da formulário ou da pessoa que estará preenchendo o formulário ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can integrate the form with any of the available payment processors regardless of whether you have a paid account, and Jotform will not charge you or your customers anything extra for using a payment integration. We'll not hold any funds made through your customers' payments, and all successful payments will go directly to your payment processor account.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct integration with Pix yet. I've gone ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Boa tarde, gostaria ENCARECIDAMENTE que vocês integrassem o PIX como forma de pagamento nos formulário de inscrição, isso facilitaria muito quando criarmos um formulário de algum evento e já ter o PIX no formulário, não sendo necessário direcionando o usuário para outra plataforma e realizando pagamento da inscrição do evento.

Rest assured that our Developers are already aware of this feature request. But as what my colleague Christian mentioned before, when or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.  As soon as we have an update, we'll let you know.
