    Boa tarde

    Fiz um formulario antes de pagar pq tinha entendido que teria direito a 5 formularios por mes, mas o formulario desativou. Gostaria de saber se depois de pagar posso reativar o mesmo formulario e se ele tem prazo de validade.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked and you only have one form under a Bronze subscription. Also, the form is active. Do you still need assistance with this?

    I cleared your form cache, as this can often be of great help in correcting issues. Can you do the same and test your form again?
