Como importar dados de uma tabela para o formulário?

Fiz um formulário de cadastro para os clientes e essas informações são armazenadas tanto em um Sheets quanto em uma tabela no próprio Jotform.

Em outro formulário, o cliente fará a requisição de itens. Existe alguma forma de, após o cliente preencher o CNPJ na requisição das peças, aparecer outros dados que foram preenchidos no formulário de cadastro?

Now, coming back to your question, Prefilling your form using another form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Table Prefill.
3. Select the form that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
4. Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.
