Criei um formulário e preciso que o respondente recebe uma via em PDF automaticamente, é possível fazer isso sem vincular um email de resposta?

    Hi Juliana,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want the user to receive a Submission PDF Document without an Email field. Unfortunately, that's not possible. The PDF Document must be attached to the Autoresponder. Also, you must have an Email field on the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, add an Email field to the form.

    2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    3. Click on
Emails on the left side of the screen.
    4. Hover over your mouse to the Autoresponder field and click the Pencil icon.

    5. Go to the Recipients tab and map the Email field on the Recipient Email field.
    6. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Attach PDF button to ON.
    7. Select the PDF Document that you want to attach then click the Save button.
