Falha no envio de emails de notificação

    Olá, boa tarde!


    As notificações via email dos nossos formulários não tem sido enviadas corretamente. Algunas emails chegam e outros, aleatóriamente, não são enviados. Esse problema já aconteceu no passado, mas não ficou muito claro qual foi a solucação. Podem verificar, por favor?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Most of the time, deleting the old Notification Email, and adding it back solves this kind of issue as it refreshes the Notification Email. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.

    Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

    Boa tarde!

    Refiz a notificações de alguns jotforms mais críticos, porém nós temos 90 formulários atualmente e não é viável refazer todas as notificações. Teria outra solução?

    Thanks for getting back to us.  Deleting the old Notification Email, and adding a new one is one of the possible solutions to make sure to receive the notification. Another solution we can try is to contact your email service provider and request they add Jotform’s IP addresses to their whitelist.

    Lastly, if the options above do not fix the issue, you can set up SMTP for your form or use a custom email address for your notification and confirmation emails to minimize issues in sending and receiving emails. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • Log in to your account, at the upper right part of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.

    • Scroll down to the Sender Emails section, then click Edit and Select Add Sender Email.

    • Enter SMTP details and once done click Sent Test Email. If it works, click the Add Email button. Otherwise, correct the details.

    • Now, go to your Notification Email and select the newly added custom sender email in the Advance tab of your notification email.
    • Click Save once done to apply the changes.

    You can test your SMTP configuration first to ensure they are correct and working. You can test your SMTP configurations on this site. Make sure to change your email account password after testing or before your test, change it to a different password first.
