Now, coming back to your question, let me show you how to update your email address.

1. On your My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper-right side of the page, then click Settings.

2. Select Account on the left side of the page. 

3. Click the Edit button in the Email rows.

4. Change to the email address that you prefer. Make sure that the email address that you want to change to is not associated with any account on Jotform, or the process will fail. You can also check out this guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address.
