Como criar uma pergunta que só surge caso a pessoa selecione uma das opções?

    Hi farmaciaaltodosmoinhos,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can apply conditional logic to your form. You may use Show/Hide Field, to show a question based on the form filler's answer. Let me show you how to do it:

    • On your Form Builder, add a field element where you will put your initial question (In this case, I used a dropdown field).
    • Now, add another field for the second question that will show when the user selects an answer that has a condition to show it (I've used another dropdown field on this example).
    • On the second dropdown field, click on the Gear Icon, and then under Dropdown Properties, select Advanced.
    • Scroll down and then enable Hide Field.

Now, let's set up the Show/Hide Field condition. Let me show you how to do it:

    • On your Form Builder, at the color orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    • In the Menu that will appear on the left side of the screen, select Conditions.
    • Click on +Add Condition, and then select Show/Hide Field.
    • Enter the condition as shown on my screencast below, and don't forget to click on Save.
