How can I cancel and receive a full refund?

gostaria de cancelar a assinatura do jotform uma vez que tentamos usar a forma de pagamento Pagbank que não deu certo em nenhum momento, tornando a plataforma ineficaz para o meu uso/propósito. Como prosseguir com o cancelamento e total reembolso da assinatura?
