boa tarde
precisava colocar o formulário abaixo na pasta para que toda a empresa possa utiliza-lo , gostaria de saber o passo a passo para ativar o formulário.

Now, coming back to your question, to confirm, are you referring to an existing form that you want to add into separate folder then share it to the other user? if so you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to My Forms.
2. Click on Create a New Folder.
3. Choose the form you want to move into the folder.
4. Click on Add to Folder.
5. Select a folder and click Apply.
To share a folder with multiple users, you need to upgrade to Enterprise account. If you are interested, you can contact our Enterprise sales team at this link.
6. Click on the 3 vertical dots beside the folder.
7. Then select Share Folder.
