Cancelar subscrição do plano prata

Boa tarde, pretendemos cancelar a subscrição no modo prata a partir da presente data. Pretendemos passar para o plano gratuito, pois já não estamos a necessitar do plano prata. Obrigada

Now, coming back to your question, I've gone ahead to canceling your subscription and gave you a refund. Kindly allow 5-7 days for it to reach your bank.
