Lembre-se também que as assinaturas Jotform podem ser pagas apenas usando cartão de crédito/débito devidamente habilitado para transações internacionais, além de PayPal. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I can see that you've successfully completed the payment for your accounts subscription renewal. If you're still having issues paying for the subscription, take a screenshot of the error message and include it in your reply. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to add a screenshot in your reply.

1. Click the Add Image button.
2. A. Paste the image URL or upload the image from your device.
3. B. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
