Submit button is missing on the form.

Tentei me inscrever no PSS Hospital Pronto-Socorro do Benguí Dr. Roberto Macedo em Belém (PA), no edital o prazo de inscrição é de até o dia 06/05/2024, mas ao entrar no campo destinado a inscrição preenchi todas informações, fui para a página 2, coloquei os documentos e não aparece o botão enviar, mesmo estando no prazo não estou conseguindo me inscrever.

I tried to register at the PSS Hospital Pronto-Socorro do Benguí Dr. Roberto Macedo in Belém (PA), in the notice the registration deadline is 05/06/2024, but when entering the field for registration I filled out all the information, I went to page 2, inserted the documents and the submit button does not appear, even though it is on the deadline I am unable to register.
