    Olá, boa noite. As respostas do formulário de Reavaliação estão chegando todos em um único email e esta atrapalhando com que seja entregue devidamente os retornos. Como fazer com que cheguem de forma separada?

    Now, coming back to your question, Gmail will put together all emails with the same Subject. You must update your subject to get the submissions to appear as separate emails rather than a thread. You can include something unique in the Subject, such as the name, submission ID or any other form fields. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. You’ll see the form title for the notification email. Click the subject line box to start editing.
    4. Click the Form Fields dropdown, click on the fields that you want to add as subject.
