Now, coming back to your question. I checked the account, and found no forms associated with it, so if you meant a different form, please share with us the direct form link by following this guide. As for disabling the form, it can be done by following the steps below:

1. Go to the settings section of the Form builder settings, select the arrow icon. Please refer to the screenshot below:
2. Finally, select the Disable option:
