Cancel account and refund

    Estou arrependido de adquirir o plano bronze anual que vocês ofertam. o motivo é a não clareza de que o produto é vendido em Dolar. me sinto lesado e gostaria de cancelar a migração ao plano bronze. Sabendo estar protegido pelas leis nacionais, aguardo extorno dos valores pagos.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, as for your request, I've gone ahead and canceled your account subscription. You will be receiving the refund within 5-7 business days.
