Create a form that will allow user to slide and select

Olá, estou buscando alguma ferramenta no formulário que me ajude a criar esse tipo de seleção.
Existe alguma no Jotform? Eu conheço como régua de atributos, seria colocar 2 atributos opostos e um botão ou algo para deslizar e selecionar o quanto eu quero que esse atributo seja selecionado.

You can use the Scale Rating field and copy the settings below to appear like the image you shared. Here are the steps:

1. In the Form Builder, open the Form Elements section.
2. Look for the Scale Rating field and click it.
3. Click the Gear Icon.
4. Go to the Options tab. Update the fields based on your preferences.
