    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address you used to submit this ticket, and it appears it is associated with a Guest account. Please note that we allow only one-time login for Guest accounts. This is the reason why you are not receiving emails to reset your password. I recommend you sign up to Jotform using this link.

    If the account in the issue belongs to a different email address, then please share with us the email address or username of the account so that we can check it further.
