Form unavailable when submitted

    Prezados

    Bom dia

    Um usuário esta efetuando um preenchimento no formulário, https://form.jotform.com/230174870846663

    e após realizar todo o preenchimento, quando seleciona "Enviar" recebe o seguinte retorno

    Hi Stella,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using a translator tool, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, on why the form shows unavailable when the form was submitted. When I cloned your form, I was able to submit it without any issues. Please refer to the screenshot below:

    Please answer the following questions:

    1. Is this the first time that this happened?
    2. Is your form embedded on a website?
    3. How many fillers reported they are getting the issue?
    4. Since we cannot replicate the issue on a cloned form, will you allow us to make a test submission to the original form?

    I’ve cleared the cache of your forms on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following this guide on how to clear your forms cache

    Once we hear back from you, we will further assist you.

    1 - Yes

    2 - No

    3 - Only 1, I only have 1 person who currently uses it, he also tested it in more than one browser and the problem remained.

    I filled it out but I didn't have the same problem, but I filled it out from the browser (Chrome) that was logged into jotform, when I fill it out from another browser (Edge) the problem also happens.

    (I did this test now, after you cleaned the cache and the problem still occurs.)

    Hello Stella,

    Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support and providing more details. I made a couple of form submissions. The first I am logged into my Jotform account and the second one is not. As you stated, I was able to submit the form when I was logged into the account but encountered the issue when not.

    I tried the same thing with the cloned form, I filled it out when I was not logged into my account and got the same result. I checked your form and it was set to Public, which means you will not require the fillers to log into a Jotform account to submit the form.

    I've escalated the issue to our Developers for further investigation. We may not provide you with an ETA but will notify you as soon as we receive an update from them.

    I tested the form now and it worked correctly again, I don't know exactly what happened, but it worked.
