Não entendi porque minha conta foi suspensa????

Estava tentando criar um app e derrependete parou dizendo que estava suspeito por pisshing ??? que é isso:??

I checked the account associated with your email and saw that it was suspended due to Phishing for the Chamada form. To reactivate your account, you will need to comply with our Terms of Use and delete the offending field (Informe a senha de acesso).
