    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you would like to cancel your subscription since you accidentally upgraded to bronze. Here's how you cancel your subscription.

    1. On the My Forms page, click on your avatar icon, then select Settings.

    2. Then click on Billing.

    3. Next, click on Change Plan.

    4. Then click on Downgrade button to switch to Starter plan.

    5. And there will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan.

    Our Terms of Use include a 30-day money-back policy. If you cancel your account within 30 days of payment, you will receive a full refund, and the account will be converted to the Starter (Free) plan. If more than 30 days pass, no refund will be issued, and the account will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.

    Thanks for getting back to us. To request a refund, you can go to Jotform Refund Request. Let me show you how to do it;

    1. Go to https://www.jotform.com/refund-request/.

    2. Select whether you want a full or partial refund.

    • If you choose Full Refund, you’ll be asked to select the reason for your refund request from a list of possible options. This will help us categorize your request. If your reason is not covered by any of the provided options, you can select Other, then give further details in your own words.
    • To request a partial refund, select Other. For example, you could request a partial refund if you accidentally upgraded your account and would like to be refunded the amount of the upgrade. You will be asked to select the reason for your partial refund request from a set of options.

    3. If you selected Full Refund, you will also see a screen showing the details of your account and the amount of the refund. In this screen, you’ll see your account type and other details related to your request.

    4. Once you’re reviewed the details of your refund, click Submit Refund Request. You will be directed to a page where you will see that your request has been successfully received. You will also receive an email with the details of the request and a tracking ID number.
