    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that it's not integrated with any payment gateways yet. If you want to integrate your form with PagSeguro, here's how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Go to the Payments tab, and search for PagSeguro.
    3. In the Payment Settings panel that opens, enter your PagSeguro Gateway Credentials.
    4. Select your preferred Payment Type. Click on Continue once done.

    Can you try it and see how it goes? If you still have issues with the integration, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches from the back end.

    As for the screenshot that you sent to us, I presume you're trying to access your Tables when you got this error. If so, I checked your Tables and didn't run into any issues. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Since I've already cleared your form caches, can you try opening it again, and see how it goes? If the issue persists, I suggest you clear your browser's cache and cookies, and try it once more.
