E-goi: Emails containing Jotform links are blocked.

    Boa tarde!


    nos usamos uma ferramenta, E-goi, de email marketing, há já bastante tempo, para fazer chegar aos clientes e potenciais clientes, campanhas, que muitas vezes têm link apontando para nossos formulários no Jotform. Ultimamente, os emails que têm links com dominio "jotform" estão a swer rejeitados, porque o vosso dominio está na blacklist. Poderão, de alguma forma, ver esta situação e ajudar a resolver este constrangimento?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I’m really sorry that this is happening. Now, let me help you with your question. Can you reach out to your E-goi and ask why they suddenly block the emails containing your form links? Also request for them, to add Jotform’s IP addresses and Domains to their whitelist. Once you hear back from them, and the issue requires more than whitelisting, let us know.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Já tentamos resolver assunto junto ao E-goi. no entanto, alegam que o vosso domínio está na blacklist e que vocês devem providenciar a remoção do dominio da lista.

    A nossa pergunta é: podemos usar o nosso dominio nos formularios? Caso seja possivel, queiram fazer o favor de enviar um guia de como fazer.

    Hi RES,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you to request a screenshot where we can see the bounce message from E-goi? It would be very helpful for us since it will contain the details needed for us to try to remove it from the blacklist. As a workaround, you can use your own SMTP for sending email.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
