Upload space not increased even after deleting submission.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you are referring to Upload Space not clearing despite deleting all submissions. I've checked your account and I can see that you have currently used 109.64 MB out of the limit of 100 MB for the starter plan. I understand that you have already deleted the submissions. To free up the space you will need to Purge (permanently delete) the deleted submission. The submissions remain in the system unless purged. Let me show you how to purge them.

1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down.
3. Check the box next to select all.
4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.

Thats it after purging the deleted submission the space will free up.
