Não foi possível localizar o formulário

O formulário da feira agroecológica que tínhamos até então sumiu, e ficou apenas esse novo, duplicado recentemente, mas em que não aparecem as opções dos produtos.

Now, coming back to your question, If you have deleted a form you can recover it from the trash folder within 30 days. Let me walk through it:

1. In My Forms scroll down and select Trash on the left.
2. Click next to the form and click on Restore.

That's it! Your form will be visible again on the main page. If the form is not in the trash, it has been already purged, or it has been deleted more than 30 days ago, I'm afraid that's not possible to restore it anymore.
