Account Suspended - Fake Service

Boa tarde, estou com um projeto acadêmico que se trata de criar um app para finanças pessoais, estava com o projeto em andamento quando minha conta foi bloqueada por phishing. é um projeto fictício, o app não sairá do papel, nele iremos possibilitar que a pessoa cadastre suas receitas e despesas, crie listas de compras e cadastre suas contas bancárias para que o app de fianças faça o link das entradas e saídas dos apps bancários. Há possibilidade de realizar o desbloqueio para que eu possa prosseguir?
